Concealers

This was a post that I wanted to do a lot of time ago, and for some reason I didn't do it yet. Today I want to speak about the facial correctors or concealers. You know that on the market there are many brands, types, tones and up to textures. So here I leave a summary to bearing in mind in order that you know which one is needed.

On the one hand we must know that there are two types: the correctors who serve us to correct blemishes in the face (spots, rednesses, etc.); and the concealers, less dense texture, who serve us to illuminate some parts of the face (circles, bone of the eyebrow, etc.).

And on the other hand we differentiate the tones. Hereby every tone fulfills a function:

Green: indicated to cover blemishes, pimples and rednesses.
Orange: ideal to cover purple, very marked under-eye circles.
White: we illuminate some zones of the face.
Beige: we equalize the tone of the rest of the face and illuminate.
Pink: we apply it in the zone of the under-eye circle and illuminate the zone.
Lilac: we camouflage yellow specks of color.

Finally we must know that there are correctors who might be applied before and others after the makeup. In this way the green one for the rednesses, lilacs for the specks, white to illuminate and orange for the under-eye circles must be applied before the makeup. Having a lot of care of the corrector not dragging with the brush of the makeup.
And on the other hand the illuminating correctors, as the beige and rose might be applied after the makeup to illuminate the zone.

I leave you with some photos of the correctors and concealers I have. The better ones for me are those from Sephora and Mac for blemishes and the one from Yamamay to illuminate the zone of the under-eye circle.

Hope you like it :)

Kisses!!
